Due to the particular characteristics of the real estate market in Paris, it is not easy to carry out an acquisition or a sale. But the difficulties become less when you are assisted by a property hunter. But first, you have to know the current state of Parisian real estate.
It's the rise in prices in the capital city: stone is worth gold there! According to a press release from the Chamber of Notaries of Paris–Ile-de-France published on March 29, 2018, the square meter is at €9,060, an increase of 7.9% compared to 2017. However, this rise does not disrupt transactions, because between November 2017 and January 2018, approximately 8,900 homes changed hands with or without the intervention of a property hunter .
During the month of June, prices rose on average by +0.3% in Paris. This figure symbolizes an increase of +3% since the beginning of the year. Currently, small areas are highly sought after and have seen their prices increase by +0.5% (in June). In contrast, family apartments are struggling to get off the ground: only 0.1% increase.
As prices rise, demand for new homes falls. A study by ADIL 75 dated March 27 shows that 450 new homes were sold in 2017 (compared to 713 in 2016). With the intervention of a property hunter, 390 new homes were sold, according to the same study.
On the other hand, the real estate market is doing well in the Parisian suburbs. It is trending upwards everywhere: +0.3% in Val-de-Marne; +0.5% in Essonne; +0.5% in Hauts-de-Seine; and +0.7% in Seine-Saint-Denis. It is only in the Yvelines that it is experiencing a decline. At the time of writing, it is -0.1%.
Two reasons are given. First, the population density of the capital. Then, the high demand for housing subjected to the real estate hunter in the city. It's normal: because of its image, its living environment... Paris attracts dozens of buyers from all over.
Another reason for this increase lies in the reforms affecting the sector. With the many advantages in terms of tax credit, real estate attracts both French and foreign investors. This increasingly increased interest is driving up the price of apartments, especially in the most highly rated arrondissements: 7th, 8th, 16th, 17th... And that benefits the property hunter's business. Would you like to know the many tax benefits that a real estate investment in Paris provides? Visit the site Immoz.info.
Finding a place to sleep in Paris is a real obstacle course! The requests are numerous, the candidates for the hiring legion. In such a context, the apartment hunter is the man (or woman) you need. Since time passes and prices also increase, you have to quickly choose one. But be careful, he must be active and committed to your cause. Unfortunately, this kind of hunter does not run the streets. Finding one requires good research and listening to reviews.
How to recognize the right property hunter? Very simple ! He must draw up specifications when you inform him of your criteria. He must select the accommodations, qualify them and then show them to you. He must advise you and accompany you until you have the keys to the apartment. That's a good apartment hunter.
Because the real estate market in Paris is booming, it is not easy to find accommodation. Fortunately, the experts are there to guide and support you!
